Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and shipping boxes to prevent transit damage and preserve warranty eligibility.
Affix Documentation
Clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number and include a copy of the original packing slip inside the box.
